Bathurst Heights Bed and Breakfast Policies

Check-In

After 3pm

Guests can check-in between 3pm and 9pm. If you require check-in outside of these time, you must contact us prior to the day of arrive and make specific arrangements, early check-in fee may apply. Unfortunately, early check-in is frequently not possible so if this is important, please contact us prior to making your booking.

Check-Out

Before 10am

Guests will vacate their room by 10am on the day of check-out. No late check-out is available.

Children

Infants under 2 years old stay without charge. There is a maximum of one infant per room.

Children over 2 years old will be charged at the additional person rate.

Pets

No pets allowed.

Payment

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. The remainder of the accommodation fee will be payable on arrival at Bathurst Heights B&B.

NOTE: Payment arrangements for special events have different payment arrangements that will be explained to you at the time of booking.

Bathurst Heights accepts payment by:

• Cash,
• EFTpos,
• Visa or
• Master Card

Cancellation

Cancellation with 2 days or less notice will incur the full cost of the accommodation booking.

NOTE: Cancellation of a booking for a special event will have different cancellation arrangements that will be explained to you at the time of booking.

No Show

Guest who fail to arrive for their booking will be charged the full cost of their accommodation booking.
